  • Responsible and accountable for overall administration and operations of Nike’s Equity Ops function

  • Serve as the SME expert for all internal stakeholders (HR, Compensation COE, Financial Reporting, Legal, Payroll, and Tax) on equity-related issues and partner with these department leaders to identify, analyze and implement solutions in support of the Total Rewards strategy

  • Ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations for Nike’s equity programs

  • Focus on innovation, scalability, transformation and continuous process improvements to support the increasing size and complexity of Nike’s programs

  • Strategic vendor management of our equity vendor E*Trade

  • Key project SME to support the transition of equity admin from Legal to HRD


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification strongly desired

  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in public company stock administration

  • Strong work ethics and attention to details to deliver complete and accurate results in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Strong planning, organizational, consulting and problem solving skills with the ability to lead and influence both within and across functions

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to deliver identify and implement process improvements

  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously

  • Ability to exercise good judgment and handle confidential information

  • Experience working in a global public company environment on equity taxation, reporting and compliance strongly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP or Success Factors desirable
