Kforce Mac and Mobility - Coordinator in Beaverton, Oregon

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mac and Mobility - Coordinator in Beaverton, Oregon (OR).Key Responsibilities of the Coordinator:

  • Coordinates operational and project management tasks the Mac and Mobility teams

  • Manages and reports on project financials

  • Stakeholder management

  • Manages work intake and prioritization, including the definition of these processes

  • Weekly reporting on key projects and initiatives

  • Intake process

  • Kick-off new team projects and initiatives

  • Stakeholder management

  • Basic requirements gathering

  • Create project schedules and keep team accountable to the schedule

  • Coordinate and lead weekly team meetings

  • Work with engineers and other cross-functional engineering teams to deliver solutions in a timely manner and to report project/initiative status

  • Basic technical skills are necessary to run reports and explain solutions to stakeholders

  • Keep the team accountable in providing a high level of service for operational tasks/incidents/projects

Skills: Must be able to speak to these in the interview/screening:

  • Experience working with technology projects in a retail environment; experience with projects related to Enterprise Mobility Management is strongly preferred a plus; examples of EMM projects include deployment of MDM solutions, deployment of mobile applications and devices (cross platform) and infrastructure projects related to EMM

  • Must have experience in managing multiple, short-lifecycle technology projects at the same time

  • Must have experience working cross functionally and across internal and external teams, vendors included

Experience on the following tools is highly-desired:

  • MS SharePoint - specifically in being able to create and manage lists, document libraries, workflows and overall site administration

  • MS Project

  • Smartsheets

  • Confluence

  • MS Office - Excel: will need to be able to create and manage pivots

  • MS Office - PowerPoint

  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral), including presentation skills

  • Should be driven and motivated

  • Should be able to work through ambiguity
