The Senior Real Estate Analyst will work with multiple departments to create, analyze, and present financial information to support business and investment decisions. *Drive the diligence process for new acquisitions by communicating timelines and by gathering key assumptions from various stakeholders. *Create sophisticated pro formas with assumptions about the key drivers of real estate deals. *Analyze project financial results for company hurdle rates and test various scenarios for sensitivity. *Summarize essential project data and economic results for decision making and presentation to the Company's Investment Committee. *Maintain systems to track active projects for performance and work with Management to create guidance models. *Create system reports and processes to increase the accuracy of revenue and cost forecasts including sale/lease-up velocity. *Perform post mortem project analysis and work with Management to make recommendations for future improvements. *Prepare quarterly development status reports and project narratives for Management. *Develop and maintain project portfolios for lenders and equity funds to consolidate and summarize total returns. *Create multi-year cash flow projections for investors and use of Company's cash. *Work with Management and coordinate with joint venture partners to ensure that assets achieve maximum value. *Develop ad hoc reports for Management and present asset performance reviews accordingly. What You Will Need: *Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience. *3-5+ years experience in budgeting, financial analysis, planning and forecasting. *Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry required. *Strong leadership, analytic, project management, presentation skills. *Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues to others in layman terms. *Creative, Innovative, Team Player, Hard Working, Dependable
