DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under close supervision, performs routine and simple tasks in support of assembly, other process operations, or production testing in support of the Small Winch Production Team. Performs a variety of production assembly tasks including winch building, boxing, electrical component assembly, carrier assembly and line handling. Follows well-established guidance from specified process instructions, blueprints and verbalized instructions from other team members. Will be required to rotate throughout assembly lines. May rotate into other positions within the team or to another team as required to meet production requirements. May be responsible for some training as necessary once trained/qualified. Must be available to work overtime.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • No previous experience required.

  • Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate instructions and correspondence at the highest levels.

  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.

  • Great communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be required to continuously stand, repetitively grasp and use fine manipulation with the hands.

  • Must possess good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • The team member may be frequently required to walk, bend, squat, or twist as well as repetitively push or pull.

  • The ability to frequently lift 20-50 pounds and occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance is essential.
