OfficeTeam currently has an on going need for an ambitious Office Assistant! (Long Term Temporary Role) The Office Assistant will assist with filing, copying and faxing–for multiple departments. This is a dynamic position for an Office Assistant who is organized and committed to working with a great company. The Office Assistant will also greet and qualify prospective residents, show and tour residences, process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, secure deposits, inspect residences, accept rental payments and follow up with current and prospective residents. This role will require strong computer and data entry skills – so proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred. Having a personal vehicle to show properties is required and will be reimbursed.
