Minimum/Required Qualifications PhD degree in civil engineering, water resources engineering, hydroinformatics, industrial engineering, or related field. Extensive research experience and the ability to work effectively on several projects simultaneously; excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Expertise in hydrology, decision support systems, and expert systems. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, JAVA, SQL, and JavaScript. Expertise in statistical analysis and applications such as R or SPSS. Position Duties 100% Performing research in the areas of hydroinformatics and water resources systems analysis. Develop computer models and supporting software, conduct research experiments and publish the results in technical reports and high caliber, peer reviewed journals.
