Corporate receptionist for medium sized company. Will answer in-bound administrative calls and greet visitors to our Corporate offices.

Answer multi-line administrative telephones, relaying calls and messages. Greet and direct visitors and vendors in a professional manner. Will have additional duties that compliment receptionist responsibilities such as word processing and other tasks as needed.

One to two years prior office experience with working knowledge of accepted business communication formats and practices are required. Previous experience with receiving in-bound telephone calls and greeting company visitors is highly desireable. Prior experience using multi-line telephone systems, relaying calls and taking accurate messages. (Cisco IP preferred). Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Ability to represent the company in a professional manner. This position may require long periods of sitting.
