As a leading producer of parts and complex assemblies in Hillsboro, Oregon, we are looking for a savvy Sales Representative with experience in the metals industry for our Technical Sales position. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will develop business partnerships with existing and potential customers in the Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Medical, Clean Energy, and Consumer industries with the goal of growing business. You will promote our advanced technology manufacturing services within a solid book of existing business as well as within territories ripe with opportunity. You will develop new business proposals from customer drawings, specifications, Bills of Material, cost and budget models. You will provide technical leadership for the customer. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Discover & develop new customers in the Aerospace, Hi-Tech, Medical, Renewable Energy, and Consumer Products industries.

  • Assess and evaluate customer requirements

  • Develop new business proposals from customer specifications.

  • Achieve sales and marketing performance goals


  • Sales Prospecting and Customer Relationship Management

  • Major Account Management

  • New Customer Development and Market Evaluation

  • Quoting within Quality, Lead Time, and Cost structures

  • Contract Manufacturing Production Work Flow

  • Aerospace or Medical products experience is a plus

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing or significant experience, and

  • 3-5 years Sales Experience in Manufacturing/Aerospace or related field, and

  • 2-3 years Precision Machine Services Manufacturing
