Compensation Analyst

Job Description:


  • Provide compensation analysis, assistance and guidance to align to the Company’s vision and mission

  • Develop and implement compensation programs, plans, incentive structures, policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state compensation laws, statutes and regulations


  • Bachelor Degree preferred

  • Prior compensation experience a plus

  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
