Junior-Mid Level Project Manager (R17-482) The Junior/Mid-level Project Manager is a Project Manager with a track record of successfully managing IT related projects to successful conclusions, bringing the projects in 'on time, on budget, and in scope' with high approval ratings from their clients and sponsors. The Junior/Mid-level Project Manager may be assigned to manage 1-2 projects concurrently. This position oversees all aspects of the project life cycle, using PGE's formal project management methodology and approved tools to develop a project plan, budget, schedule, risk management approach, change management plan, and communications plan. You will support our journey by: 'Manage IT projects using a sanctioned PGE IT methodology to assure a solid project work plan, including requirements definition, budget, resource allocation, and a comprehensive risk analysis across all phases of the project. 'Consult with management on project proposals to determine goals, time frame, and funding limitations. 'Establish detailed work plan and staffing needs for each phase of the project. Arrange for the assignment or recruitment of appropriate project personnel. 'Formulate and define technical scope and project objectives. 'Develop and update project plan, schedule, risk management plan, change management plan, and communications plan 'Identify and schedule project deliverables and milestones. 'Assign duties, areas of responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel. 'Using IT standard formats and procedures develop project status reports and documentation for stakeholders and company management as requested. You will bring the following skills to our team: 'Typically a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering Management or equivalent work experience in related discipline. 'PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 'Preferred 4-6 years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of large scale IT systems, with 3 or more years in a Project Management role.
