Oracle CX Service Cloud: Managed Services Senior Consultant in Portland, Oregon
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Thisindividual contributor position is responsible for Functional Consulting andlight project management for a portfolio of projects in the Oracle Consulting sCX Service Cloud practice. Primary responsibilities include:
Functional Consulting on the Service Cloud Platform (formerly RightNow)
Project planning/delivery, and sales enablement
Ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability
Adherence to operational policies and compliance with portfolio management requirements as a member of the project management team
2 years of experience relevant to this position
Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity
Comfortable working in a matrix management environment
Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus
Selling skills preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 10%
4 year degree and 3 years of experience implementing and managing CX software implementations, preferably Cloud implementations
Ability to multi-task and perform activities under pressure
Experience in transferring knowledge to others (coaching and mentoring)
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain a solution to a customer s problems
Detailed, organized and results oriented
Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to learn and assimilate functional and technical information quickly
