Coordinates and administers various human resource programs, such as: compensation, succession planning, performance assessment, recruiting, and other programs or special projects as necessary. Performs administrative functions in Human Resources department and administrator for the HRIS. Establishes and maintains confidential personnel records reflecting changes in employee status. Manages data entry for personnel, employment files, and coordinates communications with limited supervision


  • BA or BS Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Proven success in developing and executing numerous organizational enhancement programs simultaneously with the capacity to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Team player with proven success in collaborating with management personnel to develop and execute management/employee development program.

  • Organized and focused with the sense of urgency to meet deadlines

  • Effective communicator who possesses the ability to engage two-way communication

  • Energetic and responsive people person with the ability to work with all levels of employees.

  • Must possess the ability to make decisions and exercise sound judgment.

  • Strong statistical and analytical abilities

  • Must have the competency to adapt and succeed in a changing environment

  • Working knowledge of computers and PC Software, specifically spreadsheets and report writing.

  • Working experience as a generalist preferably in a multi-site, manufacturing, HR Department.
