Building Health & Recovery WE ARE CODA We provide medical treatment, teach parenting skills, carry out research and manage health records. We cook, we write, we keep CODA's buildings safe and clean. We run group counseling sessions, manage payroll, hire, train and support our 300 colleagues working in several locations in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties. We are counselors, nurses, maintenance workers, accountants, leaders, medical assistants, case managers, administrative staff and doctors. Our Outpatient Services Aide makes a difference by helping families in need of treatment by providing childcare services. This is a great entry-level opportunity to get hands-on experience in the addiction treatment field. In addition, our Outpatient Services Aide assist by: 'Monitoring exterior surrounding, reporting fire, vandalism, unusual or suspicious circumstances, or hazards to a supervisor. 'Performing urine toxicology specimen retrieval and scheduling patient UAs. 'Ensuring patient access can be accommodated. 'Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and hallways 'Providing childcare services for patients Those with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply: 'Must have high school diploma or GED. 'Additional coursework, training, or work experience in substance abuse or detoxification treatment. 'A minimum of one year work experience in a clinical, medical, residential, office, or similar work environment as a member of a work team. 'Ability to operate a computer, utilize basic MS Office programs, and effectively navigate and maintain patient records in an electronic medical records system. Apply now!
