Building Health & Recovery WE ARE CODA We provide medical treatment, teach parenting skills, carry out research and manage health records. We cook, we write, we keep CODA's buildings safe and clean. We run group counseling sessions, manage payroll, hire, train and support our 300 colleagues working in several locations in Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties. We are counselors, nurses, maintenance workers, accountants, leaders, medical assistants, case managers, administrative staff and doctors. This is an opportunity to manage a growing, interdisciplinary team, and have a direct impact on our community's current opioid epidemic. You will work on improving access to a vital medication-assisted treatment, and participate in care initiatives across a full continuum of treatment programs. Our Program Manager leads a team of clinicians and technicians in providing addiction treatment services at our Portland Recovery Center. They also make a difference by: 'Collaborating with staff at all levels of responsibility on inter-department initiatives that enhance patient care across a full treatment continuum 'Managing our Outpatient Program operations to ensure program outcomes and operational goals are achieved. 'Providing assertive clinical and administrative supervision for program staff and ensuring quality of services. 'Providing leadership to program team, ensuring team members work productively as a team and maintain a cohesive, mission-driven team. 'Collaborating with relevant provider agencies and referents. Ensure staff follow-through with agency practices in support of provider relations. 'Contributing to the overall success of the agency through participation in work teams and inter-department communications. Those with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply: 'Master's Degree in Social Work or a course of study that similarly aligns with the services offered by the program '6 years of paid full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of 4 years of direct behavioral health counseling '2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a community behavioral health treatment setting 'Supervisory experience 'CADC II or equivalent and/or LCSW or LPC (Both licensure and credential are desired within 24 months of hire) Learn more about what we do:
