As our Senior Event Producer, you will collaborate with Nike clients on all aspects from conception to execution to bring event experiences to life. This can include developing concepts and ideas for the event, overseeing and coordinating all technical and media production aspects of the event that take place at WHQ, including conference centers, extended WHQ buildings and offsite locations. You will partner with WHQ Meeting & Events teams to enhance presentations and execution of all production elements for significant large-scale Nike meetings and events. You will create strategic partnerships with Nike vendors to obtain competitive pricing for equipment and services; provide cost estimates to the event planners & clients; communicate usage policies, procedures, and cost impact to the client; and assist the event planners & clients in managing and finalizing event budgets. In addition, you'll recommend improvements to the event production service process to ensure a successful meeting and world class event environment.

You will interact directly with clients and other team members so excellent customer skills will be needed to help build long-term positive relationships with clients and other team members. This role requires your personal commitment to high professional standards designed to protect our brand and enhance the event/client experience.

  • Bachelor'sdegree in events/hospitality or related field is preferred.

  • Atleast 4 years' event production management experience.

  • Projectmanagement experience a plus.

  • Excellentinterpersonal and customer service skills.

  • 4years’ experience planning and producing large scale corporate events andfunctions.

  • Strongnetworking and communication skills.

  • Ableto clearly and concisely communicate and develop relationships withclients, vendors and contractors regarding the coordination phase of events

  • Strongpriority and time management skills.

  • Abilityto work a flexible schedule driven by event business needs which mayinclude evenings, weekends & some holidays.

  • Ableto travel to/from event locations and venues including those outside of WHQ, asneeded.
