Position: Vehicle Records Assistant – Drive Away Hunger

Typical Hours Required: Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
General Description of Work
This position serves the office environment at Drive Away Hunger by administratively supporting and helping to manage the donation and sales processes.
Support donation process by checking the vehicle title, giving a stock number, filling out any appropriate forms needed.
Send thank-you notes to donors.
Enter the necessary information in Access. Make subsequent entries in Access, for all necessary information.
Interface with tow companies and reconciling donation files, as vehicles are delivered.
Resolve all problem files or incomplete donation records
Oversee petty cash, check receipts.
Basic cashiering and title transfer work, with customers.
Provide basic supervision to PRM program workers and service residents.
Ability to process all DMV fees and deliver documents to DMV, lenders etc.
Process daily bank deposits.
May be called upon to perform basic sales functions, with potential car buyers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
College degree in related field or experience equivalent
Experience as a Title Clerk a plus
Experience in Microsoft Windows software
Ability to multi-task
Prompt and thorough in job performance
Creative and logical problem solving
Demonstrated ability to be a team player
