Requirements: Associates degree. 5 years of business accounting or financial analysis experience. Employer Preferences: Budgeting experience. Manufacturing or production account experience. Job Duties: - Accounting Operations: 60% of duties. The accounting duties of this position require monitoring, reporting and advising on Plant Operating Expenses to Plant Leadership and the Network Finance Manager. - Human Resources (HR) Administration: 30% of duties. The HR duties of the position require knowledge of all benefit resources to assist employees with benefit needs, attendance of Corporate HR meetings/trainings, and the ability to assist employees with benefit inquiries thoughtfully, compassionately, and confidentially. - Office Administration: 10% of duties. The remaining Office Administration duties require various skills in organization, supplies and event coordination, Customer Service, and the ability to change tasks quickly, as well as managing tasks efficiently despite frequent, though brief, shifts of focus.
