Preferred Requirements ' 2+ years of work experience (1+ years managing programs focused on delivering and optimizing paid search campaigns.) ' Be a proactive self-starter ' Be a team player ' Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company ' Have strong program management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once ' Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data 'Demonstrated ability to manage large engagements with high-profile clients and projects ranging from eCommerce website builds to social media campaigns 'Extensive knowledge, expertise and personal perspective on digital and Internet trends as well as business, site performance analysis and user-centered design process 'Experience managing client relations 'Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills 'Experience in managing and measuring all aspects of Paid Search environment 'Proficient in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads 'Strong analytical background. 'Proficient in Paid Social Media channels such as Facebook 'Independent, confident, and accountable. 'Understand and implement effective time management.
