Description

Nike Direct Marketing is looking for a Manager of Cross-Platform Experiences & Innovation to help plan & operationalize new and innovative digital initiatives that span across our digital ecosystem and third-party platforms. You will drive the cross-platform strategy towards bringing digital brand experiences to market, inspiring sport participation through distinction, innovation and consistent brand voice.

Leveraging a build-to-operate approach, you will work with cross-functional teams to orchestrate consumer journeys that create, serve, and retain demand, elevating the Nike brand presence across both external and internal platforms. This role will require you to work collaboratively through strong partnerships with the Digital Channel COE, Membership, Digital Product, Digital Partnerships and Consumer Knowledge.

  • Obsess the data and insights required to plan,prioritize and deliver projects that maximize value to both the consumer andNike

  • Connect and Activate across multiple teams and geographieswithin Nike Direct Marketing, Categories, Brand Marketing Innovation, DigitalPartnerships, Digital Product & Engineering

  • Have a Bias for Action through project management excellencerequired to elevate decision making to senior leaders

  • Iterate forward through testing experience optionalityand optimizing for consumer impact

  • Be Informed ofcorporate, seasonal, and partner strategies required to drive world-classdigital experiences

This role requires a strategic mindset demonstrated through innovative thinking and expertise to make key decisions that move the brand forward. In this role, you will need strong project management skills and the ability to drive workstreams within and across Global Brand Marketing and Nike Direct.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for driving cross platform initiatives andomni-channel brand experiences in partnership with digital channel andinnovation leads. Key deliverables: consumer journey frameworks, marketingroadmap, cross-channel experience requirements & pilots, go to market plansfor launch and operate, and test/measurement plan.

  • Responsible for developing a strategic framework and use cases foractivating connected consumer journeys across our Nike Direct eco-system(digital x physical) based on insights and learnings to inform the global digitalplaybook.

  • Responsiblefor driving engagement metrics and developing strategies to retain high valueand high potential members with member services and digital product leads.

  • Subject matter expert of the Nike Directeco-system across Digital (Nike.com, Email, Apps) and physical with deepknowledge of the digital capabilities across channels, understanding how tomaximize the channels to elevate the consumer brand experience.

  • Provide strategic digital thought-leadership in seasonal ideation forcross channel brand defining experiences, identifying new ways to amplify brandplans to drive engagement.

  • Lead cross-channel pilot-to-scale experiences with end-to-endproject management from concept to implementation, testing new & innovativeways to deliver personalized experiences at scale.

  • Develop and drive the global digital learning agenda based on key themesand insights for cross-channel test plans.

  • Developan innovation agenda to make Nike’s digital experiences indispensable for ourmembers

  • Identify new ways to amplify brand plans to drive engagement.

PARTNERSHIPS

  • Partnerwith Digital Partnership teams to help operationalize new platform experiences

  • Partnerwith retail brand team to co-develop omni-channel frameworks to enableconnected consumer journeys.

  • Collaborate& align with Digital Product and engineering teams to develop requirementsfor new cross channel marketing capabilities.

  • Partnerwith channel Leads and Global Consumer Knowledge team to wire consumer insightsinto the category marketing offense to continually evolve, test, optimize andpersonalize category content and experiences for members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegree

  • MBAor advanced degree is highly preferred

  • Minimumof 4 years of directly relevant digital experience for an e-commerce company,preferably in retail

  • Experienceworking with data & analytics and how to deriveactionable insights

  • Subject matter expertisefor the Digital products and capabilities

  • Experience working insquads and agile teams, understands value driven outcomes and prioritization

  • Ability to masterfullyjuggle the details and the big picture

  • Excellentoral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and makingpersuasive presentations to senior leadership

  • Ability to understand challenges or underlying opportunities, shareideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management

  • Adapts quickly to moveat the pace of consumer andwork in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts asneeded
