Materials are key to Innovation and Product Excellence. We have built a new, unified Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing organization which will transform our material capabilities, teams, and processes and accelerate our vision to serve every athlete*.

This team is responsible for driving Nike’s ability to accelerate and scale our delivery of groundbreaking material innovations to our consumers — better, faster and more sustainably. We will work closely across our Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories teams to elevate ways of working, drive consistency, and activate a data and analytics strategy across our entire Materials Supply Chain.

As Director of Materials Ops Excellence in Materials Sourcing and Manufacturing function, you will own the process development and improvement, data & analytics, and reporting strategy for our Materials Supply Chain. You will be passionate about driving consistency, optimization, and process evolution roadmap with our teams worldwide.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Set enterprise strategy for Materials Analytics &Ops Excellence

  • Lead adoption of materials operating model acrossproduct engines for Materials Analytics and Ops Excellencecapabilities

  • Elevate and evolve premier Materials Analytics &Process Excellence capabilities across Footwear and Apparel/Accessories

  • Drive and govern the capability deployment andoperating model across WHQ and the PMOs.

  • Govern Ops excellence across materials organization, including consistent strategy adoption, process consistency, data and reporting.
