The Demand Supply Management team needs a strong Epic Lead / Agile Program Manager to be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands. As the Epic Lead you will:

  • Plan andmanage a portfolio epic, driving key cross functional / product connectionpoints and championing Demand Supply Management processes andstandards

  • Navigate,negotiate with and influence cross-functional capability teams to deliverwithin desired scope and timeframe

  • Work withPortfolio and Solution leadership to support effective budget and costmanagement.

  • Understandand implement agile program management practices in alignment with the DSMframework

  • Support aculture of team empowerment, engagement and successful self-managingteams, looking for opportunities to enable team level decision makingwithin the epic delivery

  • Look forareas of improvement and take initiative to drive continuous improvementin epic delivery within the Demand Supply Management PMO

  • Supportreporting/metrics for Program Portfolio Management

Qualifications

  • ABachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technologyor related field. MBA preferred.

  • 7-10years’ experience leading and managing large-scale programs; should includecomprehensive experience as a business/process leader or as a leader in afunctional role.

  • SAFe4.0 certified (preferred)

  • Demonstrated success incross-functional integration/relationships and program execution

  • Solid understanding ofapplication and execution of program/ train metrics and KPI’s

  • Proventrack record of being results orientated with demonstrated abilityto achieve aggressive goals.

  • Provenpresentation and facilitation skills.

  • Mustexcel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate withothers.

  • Excellent written and oralcommunications skills

  • Self-directed and comfortableworking in ambiguous environments

  • Experience working in a highly matrixedorganization

  • Demonstration of stronginfluencing skills
