Nike Investigation Analyst in Beaverton, Oregon


We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Business or experience in a related field

  • Prior Retail Loss Prevention experience and familiarity with POS exception-based reporting tools

  • 3-5 years of experience conducting investigative work, with a priority placed on retail settings

  • 2-3 proven ability in broad-based business analytics roles including application of insights to complex business problems

  • Demonstrated ability to use data and evidence to back up assumptions and articulate business cases

  • Self-motivated individual who can be successful in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


We are eager to find an Investigation Analyst with experience in retail, mitigating theft & fraud, shortage operations and investigations. We seek a candidate dedicated to protecting the company's assets by identifying and investigating matters impacting our Nike Direct business for our North America geography!

We need individuals with a passion for retail and loss prevention and understanding of the vision, direction and culture of our loss prevention team. In addition, you love learning, applying new information and skills and have a strong desire to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion throughout the course of investigative work following investigative standards to ensure detailed case work and mitigate liability. Lastly, you have excellent analytical skills and a love for solving problems.


We are looking for an individual who will initiative and investigate theft and fraud matters impacting retail locations while partnering with field Loss Prevention managers to bring these matters to resolution. You will provide analytic support on projects, new initiatives and strategic business decisions. In addition, you'll be the subject matter expert for exception based reporting and case management tools providing direct support to field and HQ teams. And, you'll provide insight and recommendations to drive down shortage impacting Nike and Converse retail locations.


You will be a member of the Center of Excellence team within North America Nike Direct, while working collaboratively with Field Loss Prevention Managers, Global Investigations, Digital Investigations and Brand Protection!
