Will combine data specialization and networking to provide marketplace insights that enable the Sales, Planning, and Finance teams to create marketplace differentiation, unlock new marketplace capacity, and avoid sales cannibalization in Beaverton, OR. Will train and onboard new Marketplace Development teams in a variety of territories so that they can effectively manage marketplace data. Will own the long-term strategic plan for differentiated marketplace financial projections. Will review long-term planning strategy and influence the right teams to ensure differentiated retail plans are correctly represented in the final decision by leadership. Will create and drive a new process that allows simplified investment planning of retail concept budgets for 3,000 or more stores with the objective of ensuring business target growth for differentiated marketplace. Will use Tableau and SQL in order to present aggregated performance metrics for 10,000 stores that are reviewed by the Vice President of Sales on a weekly basis. Will work with ESRI ArcGIS in order to run GIS Analytics and to explore the geospatial component of marketplace differentiation. Will support the creation process of the global data foundation and will define the minimum-viable product for store data maintenance. Will rely on an ETL process using SQL, COGNOS, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau that feeds and provides algorithm warnings to end-users about the need to update store data in Salesforce. Will coordinate the territory store teams on a weekly basis in order to ensure store data is kept relevant. Will run the project tracking process, which requires aligning with territory counterparts to synchronize progress on strategic retail concepts for over 20 banners and 600 stores on a monthly basis. Will utilize mathematical methods and models to analyze, design, build, and manage systems to provide systematic approaches to streamline and improve sales and marketing productivity and efficiency. Will perform research and analysis to design leaner, more efficient, and more profitable sales and marketing business practices while increasing customer service and quality. Will ensure market research and sales analysis meets business needs and evolves to reflect internal and external best practices. Will perform activities to administer and support the sales force and prepare sales reports and recaps of shipments, bookings, backlogs, and related activities. Will be responsible for such services as territory alignment, sales activity reporting and analysis, budget preparation and monitoring, field communications, and sales tools. Will engage in ten percent or less domestic and international travel.
