WHAT YOU BRING

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5+ years direct relevant work experience

  • Progressive process and operational responsibility in Supply Chain, Project Management, Transition Management or Process Improvement.

  • Experience building effective teams, influencing others and communicating effectively cross functionally and for all levels of the organization

  • Supply chain knowledge, Omni-channel thinking & Retail acumen

  • Data & analysis acumen

  • Strategic planning/forecasting and systems thinking is a plus

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Service Insights Manager within the Global Nike Direct MPO (Marketplace Operations) team. The role reports into the Director of Strategy & Insights and is focused on Reporting & Operational Data Products – driving the management reporting cadence & program management processes for the Global Nike Direct MPO Service Insights network.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

In this role you will drive the processes & support data product development that gives Nike the critical insights into Supply Chain performance for our Nike Direct channel we need to lead & run the business.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading the Global Nike Direct Service Insights Network

  • Managing the weekly, monthly, & quarterly management reporting process in partnership with Global Operations & Logistics & Nike Direct

  • Partner with Commercial Analytics to improve & execute the product management requirements

  • Develop vision & strategy for analytical & data reporting products & operational toolsets
