Kforce Mobile Engineer in Beaverton, Oregon

Kforce has a client that is looking for a Mobile Engineer to help build the next generation of Apps for use in our Brick and Mortar Retail stores in Beaverton, Oregon (OR). The ideal candidate will have experience building world-class iOS applications for the Global Enterprise market.Responsibilities:

  • Heavy contributor to the design and development of the mobile codebase, especially more complex features and workflows

  • Emphasis on software development with quality in mind, including test automation

  • Explore areas of technical innovation to ensure our teams stay on the cutting-edge of technology.

  • Mentoring more junior team members

  • Practice of traditional Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Partnering closely with UX designers

  • Maintaining a healthy CI/CD pipeline

  • DevOps, including on-call rotation

  • Bachelors' degree Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, with 2 years additional relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree

  • 4 years designing and developing iOS applications

  • 2 years Swift experience preferred

  • Familiarity with basic computer science data structures, algorithms, and design patterns

  • Experience with Storyboards, Autolayout, and Constraints

  • Experience with localization and globalization of applications

  • Experience with Apple iOS Enterprise SDLC

  • Experience working with JSON via RESTful services

  • Strong TDD or BDD test automation experience

  • Solid working knowledge of the Xcode IDE

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • A collaborative attitude with a passion for knowledge

  • Links to code samples, public Github repositories, or open-source contributions highly desirable
