Aerotek Outside Sales Business Development Manager in Beaverton, Oregon
Seeking a Sales Management Professional for an opportunity in Portland!
Pay: $90,000 - $125,000 DOE
Will be overseeing sales within Industrial Solutions
Regional sales manager
Lead a team to grow market share by enhancing business with existing customers and acquiring new ones.
Overseeing 3 locations Beaverton (Portland), Bend and Boise.
Expanding sales, clientele through cold calling, BD and meetings
Learning the market and industry for concrete coating, painting and various other industries
This role oversees 7 direct reports and would be managing the estimators who support the sales team.
Responsible for brining in sales bids and then having the estimators go in and provide a full bid to present to clients
This role reports to the General Manager
Position will include 50%-75% travel
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of Sales Management experience
management experience (4+ ppl)
experience managing a regional territory (ex. Seattle, WA, OR territory)
Excellent communication and follow up skills
Positive attitude and a team player
Driven sales professional with proven skills and the ability to hit sales metrics.
Leadership mentality, able to encourage others while setting a great example for the team
Broad understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and how to leverage it as a business driver.
