We’re looking for a strong Technology leader in Logistics and Transportation Management, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area

  • A minimum of 7 years directly relevant work experience in Technology leadership roles with increasing responsibility.

  • Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals

  • Proven ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

  • Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a demonstrated desire for continuous personal growth

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within the team

  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams

  • Ability to pass a 7-year background check

If you’re the one for this role, you’ll be joining the Nike Technology organization as a Product Manager for the Global Trade domain. Nike Technology brings together technology and process expertise into one streamlined, consumer- and customer-oriented team. We deliver one-stop, integrated process and technology solutions that enable Nike, Inc.’s businesses and brands worldwide.

As the Global Trade Product Manager at the 10 Supply Chain company in the world, you will be filling a critical role in our overall Fulfillment and Logistics Technology organization. You will partner with key business leaders in Global and Geography teams to help define the Global Trade strategy and solution roadmap. You will work with several technology and business partners internal and external to drive the overall solution delivery and management to help meet Nike’s needs to serve its consumer flexibly and speed at scale. You will be a key member and contributor of the Global Trade Network at Nike. You will also work with and handle the vendors who provide and develop capabilities to meet Nike’s Global Trade needs.

The person in this role must be able to anticipate technology and or market trends and provides guidance on their application to elevate Nike’s Global Trade capabilities. You will lead strong relationships with technology vendors and internal technology organizations. You will keep abreast of state-of-the-art developments through attendance at trade and professional meetings and seminars, trade shows, perusal of the literature, and use of supplementary educational activities. You will lead your team to create new and innovative solutions that help Nike meet its exciting business objectives.

  • Proven ability in developing and executing strategic and tactical product roadmaps

  • Ability and strong experience to lead and drive E2E High Level Design and Solutions options cross-functionally

  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion and competency for mentoring, growing and developing the skills of team members
