Nike Supply Chain Program Manager – Air MI in Beaverton, Oregon


  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant program management experience or equivalent area of relevance

  • 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree

  • PMP, Agile, or other program / project management certifications strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Proven track record of identifying, trouble shooting, creating solutions and resolving sophisticated business issues

  • Requires a solid understanding of a matrix organization and the ability to coordinate and assimilate directives from varying business partners

  • Excellent collaboration skills – must be eager to work as part of a cohesive team and as a partner to other teams within AirMI

  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, including the ability to gather and synthesize relevant information, actively listen, facilitate open discussions and verbalize ideas effectively

  • Effective presentation and facilitation with ability to speak in front of a large audience

  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous & highly matrixed environments.

  • Experience leading cross-functional work

  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes preferred


We’re looking for a tenured Program Manager, who will be crucial to E2E Supply Chain program delivery in AirMI, collaborating with leadership and project teams to implement, guide and refine the continued evolution of AirMI’s Supply Chain program. The candidate needs to have a deep knowledge of program management, a passion to drive the long-term roadmap and vision of AirMI E2E Supply Chain, and a strong aim to empower others. High-level strategic thought, good communication, teamwork skills, and attention to detail are key! Your ability to turn on a dime and stay in control of a changing environment will set you apart to consistently deliver results and lead your team to new frontier.


  • Oversee cross-program collaboration and execution

  • Manage dependencies and call out/supervise and help resolve workstream impediments

  • Facilitate Program activities (standups, cross-program huddles, Program Steer Co, etc.)

  • Manage RAID log and response plans

  • Manage status reports and communications

  • Accountable for transition and adoption plans. Including stakeholder comms plans

  • Responsible for quarter milestones/sprint timeline

  • Drive program teams’ readiness for quarterly planning, including objectives estimation and prioritization activities

  • Facilitate team working agreements and governance model


This role reports directly to the AirMI Supply Chain Capabilities Director and will partner with the AirMI E2E Supply Chain project teams to achieve the AirMI Supply Chain future vision. You will also coordinate and collaborate with other AirMI Programs and Portfolio Management to execute against the AirMI strategy.
