Opportunity
This position provides administrative support to the Development team including maintaining the organizational fundraising database with data entry, gift recording and acknowledgements. This position will also support the tracking and administrative supports for public and private grant management, in-kind donations, events and fundraising campaigns. Additionally, the individual in this position will support the volunteer program at Mosaic Medical.
Responsibilities
Maintain donor and communication databases including data entry, gift recording, and acknowledgments with accuracy and timeliness.
Support grant management in partnership with Finance team.
Support organizational in-kind donation needs and tracking.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills; Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; Interest in nonprofit fundraising; An articulated belief in the mission of Mosaic Medical
Preferred:
Familiarity with nonprofits, research methods, data standards, and databases; Experience with Raiser’s Edge database; Working knowledge of fundraising best practices

- 2 years: At least two years in an office environment. Non-profit work experience is preferred.
