If it is not improving our lives or our customers', we shouldn't do it."The Big Task The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales leads by ensuring they turn into appointments with our sales team. This position will be full-time, Thursday through Monday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekends.Key Sub Tasks • All sales calls go directly to the Sales Lead Coordinator.• Dispatches sales calls to the Account Managers.• Communicate with technicians to set leads – create an effective transition from technicians to sales reps.• Administrative support for the sales team.• Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.• Track the results of sales calls and produce weekly reports for management.• Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demands and seasonal spikes.• Conduct follow-up calls with customer to ensure quality work.• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
Required Education and/or ExperienceMust be able to pass a drug test. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Office products. Preferred 2+ year’ experience in customer service.
