WorkSource Oregon Operations Support Clerk in Clatskanie, Oregon

This position will administratively assist the Operations Support department. Tasks include, but are not limited to: use The Member Advantage sales and service principles in interaction with our internal and external members; retrieve and process mail; process deposits and payments; print membership notices; review and post reports from the core system; assist with escrow duties; scanning and/or filing documents; and make changes to accounts as necessary. Use AID,Inc process to serve our members and meet CU sales and service goals. Use AID,Inc principles to serve our members and meet CU sales and service goals; identify, recommend and sell products and services that are best suited to fulfill the needs of the member. Perform within service level standards set by the Operations Support Manager. Act as mail clerk for the branch by picking up, sorting, distributing, delivering mail and processing returned mail, while also maintaining the postage machine supplies and account. Perform account changes as necessary using correct forms and online software to include online address changes. Work with Operations employees to scan documents and invoices into electronic storage system. Maintain filing system to include properly filing titles, operation records, forms and procedures. Process paperwork and prepare responses for garnishment, levies, and subpoenas after approval by Operations Support Manager. Monitor and maintain accounts associated with Escrow Accounts, while processing and paying member's taxes and insurance as per regulations. Administer member notices and surveys, including generating reports, mailing, recording data received and verifying deposits in the core system. Process payments on accounts associated with various insurance products. Assist Operations team with various periodic reports, projects and updates to maintain core processing information as well as other systems. Assist in maintaining deposit rate sheets and process rate changes in the core processing system, along with monitoring and updating the indexes used for variable rate loan products. Provide assistance with processing maintenance of annual and/or promotional offerings. Field and resolve complaints in a friendly and courteous manner. Understands compliance issues and attend training as it relates to position. Have a thorough understanding of Red Flags and Identity Theft procedures. Maintain privacy of member information.
