Oracle Field Marketing Manager - ABM in Corvallis, Oregon
Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

In this role, you will build ABM and Install Base marketing programs designed to meet the unique needs of the NA ACX Field Sales Organization and build out our executive relationships with our most strategic prospects and accounts. Your strategy will focus on creating high-touch executive experiences and events that drive meaningful engagement and deeper market penetration. This role will work cross-functionally with the Integrated Marketing team, the Corporate Marketing team and the NA ACX Sales Organization to develop strategically crafted end-to-end integrated ABM plans. In addition to setting the NA ABM Field Marketing strategy, you will be responsible for coordinating directly with the Field Marketing Managers to ensure comprehensive coverage of our strategic accounts and opportunities, and offering a variety of opportunities for executive engagement. In addition, you will be responsible for reporting on the efficacy of these programs by monitoring their effect on sales opportunity progression and expansion of executive relationships and contacts. In addition, you will work hand-in-hand with the Global ABM Programs team to understand the in-market campaigns and be able to translate them into moment-based marketing programs.
As a member of the NA ACX Field Marketing team, you are a data-driven marketer, passionate about creating world class customer experiences, and ensuring alignment with sales strategy and pipeline goals. You are capable of developing marketing strategy and programs, presenting your plans to executives for feedback, and executing your plans in collaboration with others both internally and externally, and with vendors and partners.
Develop Field Marketing ABM and Install Base strategies and programs in conjunction with Integrated Marketing team and aligned to NA ACX Sales priorities and pipeline/revenue goals
Serve as the point person for the NA ACX Field Marketing team to educate and inform Field Marketers of ABM and Install Base programs, providing detailed instructions for promotion, execution, and follow-up.
End-to-end coordination and management of Field Marketing ABM and Install Base programs and events, including planning, promotion, execution, follow-up, and reporting.
Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of data sources and marketing technology to identify target accounts and target prospects to include in ABM and Install Base programs.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to test, measure and optimize programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals.
Provide reports and visibility for each campaign to track responses, opportunity creation, and influence.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field of study
Minimum 8 years’ related experience in high tech; experience in ABM and/or Install Base/Progression marketing; event strategy and execution; experience in marketing B2B technology and services.
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
Proven experience and success in planning and executing field marketing programs
Detail-oriented professional obsessed with creating impactful micro-moments
Superior written and verbal communication skills with an outstanding attention to detail
