Minimum Qualifications Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR An Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology; OR Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience. College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Additional Required Qualifications Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, databases, computerized accounting systems, the Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, and Google Drive, and related Google Suite products. Competency with web-based software programs, Adobe, web maintenance software and Box. High level of skill with Excel functions such as vlookup, conditional formatting, and ranges. Demonstrated experience reviewing documents, such as those related to purchases, payables, and travel coordination, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated multitasking abilities showing skill at prioritizing work with the capability of paying close attention to detail. Demonstrated capability to work in a public contact position and extremely well with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. Skill with managing customer experience, including de-escalation of clients who need further support. Ability to adapt to changing workplace environment/programs. Experience working independently, under pressure of deadlines, with frequent interruptions. Ability to protect sensitive and confidential information. Position Duties 25% OFFICE COORDINATOR: - Provide program and organizational support for the center to include assisting staff, volunteers, and stakeholders. - Coordinate student staff scheduling and regular and recurring team meetings. - Assist with compiling and reporting program data, including participation tracking and annual reporting expectations. - Provide lead support for completing, processing, updating, and maintaining network accounts, mailing, driver authorizations, Banner access requests and other forms. - Provide lead work for student staff assigned to support the textbook lending library and promotions, marketing, and social media. 25% OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT 25% BUSINESS FUNCTIONS 15% COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATION 10% FACILITY AND VEHICLE SUPPORT See posting for complete list of duties and qualifications.
