Minimum/Required Qualifications Master of Library Science or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program Demonstrated experience of collection assessment Strong data analysis skills Effective use of spreadsheet software to collect, manipulate, and present data to varied audiences Ability to work with COUNTER reports including downloading from vendors, uploading into ILS, and reviewing data for accuracy Ability to manage projects, set and adjust priorities, work under pressure, be thorough and accurate, follow tasks through to completion, meet deadlines and work independently Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas through written and presentation communication Knowledge of collection assessment tools, standards, and initiatives, such as ONIX, SUSHI, and COUNTER Experience with assessment, statistics, and budget/accounting practices Position Duties Primary Assignment (75%) OSULP faculty work strategically to support research and creativity, enhance learning and build community for the students, faculty and staff of Oregon State and for the citizens of Oregon.
