Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

Oracle Managed Cloud Services application operations delivery team is responsible for providing technical services to support customer environment provisioning, software integration and implementation, data and environment migration, and major product upgrades for ERP, FMW & BI. What you will do :
As a Senior Engineer, you will solve interesting technical challenges by defining, designing, deploying, and troubleshooting key Oracle Cloud services, platforms, and infrastructure, always thinking about reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance.
Your focus will be to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves understanding and resolving most complex technical issues and taking proactive actions to avoid degradation of services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Services may be frequently provided by on-site customer visits. As part of our team, you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to contribute to the Oracle Cloud success every day, working closely with the development partner and customers. Perform PeopleTools and Application Upgrades
PeopleSoft Application and database migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
PeopleSoft life cycle management activities, application of PeopleSoft updates/fixes,PUM patching, Manage and administer Application security, data mover, run and analyze debug traces
Installation of PeopleSoft and database software and configuration of environment
PeopleSoft Application administration and Database administration
Operating System and Database Upgrades/ patching activities
Troubleshooting PeopleSoft environment complex technical issues
Performance tuning of Peoplesoft application components (Application Server,Web Server and Process Scheduler)and database
Configuration and troubleshooting of complex integrations
Ability to diagnose, resolve, and document PeopleSoft system issues
Defining and documenting technical architecture, standards and methods for large-scale,complex and highly scalable products
Facilitating service capacity planning and demand forecasting, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
Co-ordination with functional teams, developers and clients business units
Running large scale and mission critical PeopleSoft applications (8 Years of experience)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
Interaction with C Level executives

The person fulfilling this role would preferably have 8-9 years of expert technical knowledge and experience managing large scale and mission critical PeopleSoft application. Ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:
