WorkSource Oregon Bi-Lingual Customer Service Agent in Eugene, Oregon

We are looking for a Spanish/English Bi-lingual Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in our Eugene office. This position will be scheduled Monday through Friday. POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Service Agent shall utilize prior experience or formal training in managing large amounts of inbound calls and/or emails in a timely manner. This position will be communicating orally and in writing with OBRC and BottleDrop customers with a focus on excellent interpersonal skills. The agent will identify customers' needs, clarify information, research any issues and provide solutions. Superior organizational skills and accuracy must be demonstrated consistently. The Customer Service Agent will be performing a variety of Internet research functions and will be using word processing, spreadsheets, BottleDrop proprietary software and Outlook regularly. Call logs will be created to identify common trends on a weekly and monthly basis. This position will also be required to work some holidays when our BottleDrop centers are in operation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage large amounts of inbound and (occasional) outbound calls in a timely manner Assist with Info@BottleDropCenters email requests Follow communications 'scripts' when handling different BottleDrop topics Research required information using available resources Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input Follow up with customers in a timely manner as needed for problem resolution Maintain confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential May assist with overflow work Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred and a plus! 2 years of high-volume customer service experience is required Call Center customer service experience is highly preferred Excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and via email Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Knowledge of generally accepted office practices and procedures Experience in organizing and maintaining accounts and files Ability to follow general instructions and understand directions for completing assigned projects Computer experience, particularly with word processing and excel spreadsheets Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor Must be reliable and able to work independently One more thing, we require a pre-employment drug screen for amphetamine/methamphetamine, barbiturates, cocaine metabolite and opiates. We recognize that marijuana is legal in the state of Oregon so it is not included in the drug screen.
