WorkSource Oregon Program Administrator in EUGENE, Oregon

Local agency is seeking to hire a Program Administrator who will provide continuity and stability as role model for residents. Requirements: - At least one year of Social/Community Service Management experience. - In depth understanding of monthly and yearly budget figures and Administrative Rules. - Awareness of State and County regulations and how they apply to the program and inspection reports and create appropriate plans of correction. - Associate Degree in Social Services. - Driver license to drive to various meeting locations and provide client transportation when needed. Employer Notes: - Residents, staff and Program Administrators are interdependent and vital to the health of the agency as a whole. Duties: - Program Administrator is responsible to the Executive Director and to The Board of Directors. - Attend Board Meetings and give house report and upholding policies and procedures. - Facilitate staff meetings. - Coordinate training of new and current staff members. - Conduct regularly staff evaluations and report to Executive Director. - Coordinate and research yearly training opportunities for staff. - Supervise completion of staff paperwork not limited to House Log notes, Service Plans and Assessments. - Supervise follow-up on handling of crisis ' file incident reports. - Conduct client interview process and maintain records. - Prepare written record of client pre admission, admission, and discharge staffing. - Supervise handling of all financial transactions occurring within the program and research new funding options. - Maintain proper accounting of client offset for the house on a monthly basis. - Prepare and submit County AMHI requests. - Report changes in residents incomes to Executive Director or Assistant. - Attend community and/or State meetings as needed. - Act as a liaison to the State Mental Health Division and County Mental health Division regarding agency administrative/policy issues, program development, and overall agency issues. - Provide and supervise training of new Program Administrators. - lift 30 pounds of materials regularly EOE
