Robert Half International Project Coordinator in Harrisburg, Oregon


A growing manufacturing company in the Harrisburg area is seeking a temporary to full time Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will communicate with clients and customers regarding product orders by telephone and email and will provide information and answer questions about products and services. The Project Coordinator will be the main point for incoming orders coming from the sales team and will follow the order process from order entry until the order ships out the door. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for all administrative support and will handle purchase orders, order entry, review quotes, maintain and track the job status on a schedule and will communicate & update various departments and the customer regarding order and shipping status. They will also perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

The Project Coordinator will have 2-3+ years' experience coordinating projects and will have excellent written and verbal communication, friendly and helpful customer service skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to work successfully in a position that has lots of moving parts and be able to remain organized and multitask successfully and also keep to deadlines. The Project Coordinator will also have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access along with alpha/numeric data entry.
