Job Title: HR Generalist II
Shift: M-F, 7am-4pm
Remote: Yes but need to be local to Hillsboro/Portland as they will have some onsite meetings
- The Human Resource Generalist position will be a project leader in establishing and managing processes that advanced key improvements to related to specific contract compliance requirements and workforce and headcount planning. This key position works with various functions (legal, Finance, HR, etc) within the company.
Evaluate through doing the current methods and practices to ensure compliance with customer contractual obligations related to specific key HR practices (hiring and background checks, employee eligibility verifications).
Ensure that contractual obligations are being managed and identify ways to standardize and organize processes to be most efficient.
Evaluate the contractual approach to understand if standard work and agreements can happen for the long term.
Further advance the Workforce and Headcount planning approach for the business. Under the direction of the VP, HR for the division work with the Finance and HR Business Partners to develop a new planning and reporting methodology to ensure Business Leaders are equipped with accurate plans and reports to support the management of the business. Lead of small project team to design and implement a sustainable approach.
Other small projects as assigned.
Experience within HR practices including hiring, background and Workforce Planning.
Proficient Project Management skills.
Solid understand and use of technology platforms (Power BI, Microsoft tools, Workday) to be effective at doing work and solutioning new ideas.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to consider implications of decisions professionalism, and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills style to build work relationships to advance projects.
Education and Experience:
Associates degree in Business Administration, or related field required.
At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
