Oracle Principal Business Development Rep, TV Platform Partners in Hillsboro, Oregon

Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.

A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product*s sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years of progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management. Marketing and business development experience preferred. Business and account planning implementation experience. Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies. Proven track record in managing multiple opportunities and ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible results. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Partner Manager, TV/Video Team

Preferred Qualifications:

The Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) is looking for a Partner Manager that will be responsible for managing and growing our business across ODC s marquee TV and video accounts. This person s mission is to drive adoption,revenue andvisibilityacross some of the fastest-growing TV and Video platforms in the ad industry.

As a Partner Manager on the TV/Video Team, you will be responsible for all phases of partner management and account growth. Your range of duties includes formal business reviews with top platform partners, identifying and executing against growth initiatives, ongoing health metric evaluation, pursue new revenue opportunities, and general account development.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage and grow our relationships with premium publisher across the TV/Video ecosystem

  • Become an expert on the development/deployment of deals leveraging the ODC products

  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship, as well as run point on all aspects of the partner s technical integrations (e.g. pixel installation, server to server integration, etc)

  • Be the point of continuity between our internal Business Enablement team (legal, deal desk, busiess ops, etc) and their respective counterparts at the partner. Familiarity with contracting is a plus.

  • Work with your cross-functional counterparts to help define features and enhancements which will grow ODC s footprint with OTT/CTV partners

  • Consolidate and lead quarterly business reviews with the most valuable strategic partners

  • Develop educational content, trainings, demos & business reviews for internal ODC teams, partners and clients

Who Are You?

  • Have at least 10 years ofexperience in TV-related technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic buying, online video, and/or TV advertising

  • Data-driven decision-maker, goal oriented, and have the ability to think big.

  • Experience aligning cross-functional (internal and external) teams across joint priorities.

  • Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and able to earn the trust of ODC stakeholders

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Desire to grow into larger role within the organization

  • BA/BS degree
