Job Information Komico Hillsboro LLC is seeking a motivated and highly qualified sales representative responsible for providing customers with the technical, business, and service support to ensure the complete satisfaction of customers with our services. Job Duties: Primary responsibility is to develop new business via evaluating underdeveloped accounts within semiconductor industry and identifying new opportunities and exploring other industries where Komico's capabilities are applicable. ' Collaborate and mentor Sales Representative to grow pre-established accounts. ' Ensure annual sales goal is met and provide back-up plan collaborating with Sales Account team. ' Work with other departments throughout the organization for any and all account needs. ' Identify workflow improvements. ' Provide market strategy and proposal for new business development. ' Collect essential market information on market status, competition, and total available market. ' Work independently and maintain professional manner in representing Komico. ' Participate in trade shows and seminars, off-site training and research to obtain essential knowledge for successful performance. ' Develop and enhance marketing materials. ' Utilize market analysis, sales data and other information to create accurate forecasts and sales trends ' Perform other related tasks and assignments assigned by management team as needed. ' Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ' Knowledge in semiconductor chip manufacturing process. ' This candidate will be based in the Portland area and will require 50% travel to Austin, TX for the 1st 6 months; 20-25% travel thereafter including locations in NW US territories WA, OR, CA, ID, UT. ' Technical sales experience and Intel experience helpful. ' Capable of hands on problem-solving with ability to generate ideas and solutions. ' Skills to work in intimate collaboration with the project and technical team. ' Strong computer skills including QuickBooks, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. ' Skills to perform multiple complex analyses simultaneously and complete projects and assignments in agreed upon timeframes. ' Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises. ' Excellent communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation. ' Skills to work independently and having responsibility as an individual. ' Positive attitude in dealing with people. Job Specifications/ Experience/ Education: ' Advanced skills with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook ' 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry or in the related field.
