Intel Senior Administrative Partner in Hillsboro, Oregon
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Partner to support four Sales & Marketing Directors within the Global Cloud Sales team based in Oregon and Texas.
The successful candidate will perform various administrative and project-related activities, and should:
Be very well-organized, flexible, and proactive, able to handle unexpected interruptions and challenges in a fast-paced, results-oriented and positive work environment.
Possess discipline to self-manage and function with minimal supervision in an interrupt-driven environment while meeting deadlines.
Have a positive can-do attitude, professional demeanor, and solid teamwork skills.
Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working across a globally dispersed team. Judgment and decision-making ability are required in resolving moderately complex problems.
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinates logistics for meetings and events.
Organizes and manages calendar schedules and makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports for their business partners.
Serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures.
Coordinate and update PDLs and organization chart.
Communicate across the organization and with geographically dispersed teams via email, text, and the telephone.
Handle confidential information with discretion and to provide the highest level of service and support our internal partners.
Drafts, composes, types, and proofs correspondence using current office software applications, creates and sustains systems for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information schedules.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 5 years related Sr. Administrative duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5+ years' experience in managing multiple business partner's calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements.
Experience working with Microsoft* Office* including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of management, individual contributors, and admin at all levels of the company.
Excellent organization/time-managements skills
Experience multitasking and supporting multiple stakeholders.
