Platform Architecture Integration and Validation (PAIV) team enables future generations of DPG platforms that power Cloud, Enterprise, and Data Center.! We're part of Data Platform Engineering & Architecture team under Data Platform Group focused on architecting, validating, optimizing & delivering innovations on data platforms for our cloud, enterprise, networking and comms service provider customers. We are seeking highly qualified technical and engineering leaders to join PAIV to lead Data Center Platform Validation
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the post-silicon debug efforts for Xeon and Networking platforms. You will manage a team of highly performing professionals across architecture and validation who are responsible for delivering results over many areas of the product lifecycle: design, debug, validation and optimization, customer engagement and co-validation. Debug encompasses wide areas spanning from systems software, uCode/FW components, cloud-native SW stacks, development tools and enterprise applications. We are looking for a seasoned leader who is detail-minded, passionate about debug and motivated to bring complex leading-edge projects. System architecture knowledge is required to succeed in this role. Further, you will influence upstream teams like architecture, design and SW to better align capabilities which are needed to successfully execute post-silicon programs.
Track record of leading engineering teams that architected, implemented and productized commercially successful products
Being a Technical lead for multiple programs with executive presence exposure
Resolving and debugging issues at the system, SOC and IP level

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Networking or related field and plus 9 years of industry work experience.
or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Networking or related field plus 6 years of industry experience,
or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Networking or related field plus 4 years related experience
10+ years of experience in the data center, cloud, and/or networking domains either in silicon, validation software or deployment.
5+ years in engineering management experience in Enterprise IT or Cloud environment with hardware, software, system level engineering or architecture or
Managing engineers and leading a team.
