• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times • Consistently bake and finish product according to standards/specifications • Greet EVERY customer with a smile and helpful attitude • Prepare and present bakery products and merchandise in an attractive fashion in order to promote sales • Monitor product levels and re-stock as required • Monitor and maintain proper humidity and temperature in climate-controlled stockrooms and keep area/equipment clean at all times • Rotate goods to reduce shrinkage • Promote food safety on a 100% basis by following personal hygiene directives
