The Office Coordinator position is responsible for overall office activities, including events management, supply orders and day-to-day facility maintenance. Tasks include, but are not limited to, monitoring/ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel and acting as 'utility player' for additional various projects as requested.

Acts as backup to the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
Primary lead for office maintenance, including supply ordering and stocking.
Coordinates/assists with all firm meals and events – both internal and external.
Scheduling, travel planning and meeting prep as needed.
Acts as firm liaison for special department projects.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners, and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in office administration, management or related field preferred.
2+ years working in office admin or hospitality management preferred.
Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite.
Experience in customer service and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
