Entek International LLC Electrical Panel Builder in Lebanon, Oregon
Installs electrical components and assembles into control cabinets, electrical and industrial equipment, and related industrial apparatus, according to drawing packages. Lays out back panel for electrical component installations according to drawing package. Drills and taps holes in specified locations for mounting control units, using hand tools and drill press. Terminates wires to all components for low and high voltage applications. Installs back panel into cabinet. Terminates wires from cabinets to machines as required.
Basic panel layout and assembly
Construction of Electrical subassemblies and cables
Read and understand electrical schematics (ladder diagrams) and mechanical layouts. Possess a good understanding of electrical components.
Affix terminals and wiring to panel as directed by project drawing, schematic, and customer specific practices.
Select appropriate wire gauges based on drawings, customer specific practices and component manufacturer and circuit requirements.
Utilize computer to make wire tags and terminal tags and affix as directed by project drawing.
Adhere to customer specific practices regarding tag design and location.
Identify defective components and inconsistencies in drawings. Alert Shop Supervisor in a timely manner so that appropriate corrective action can be taken.
Arrange customer common stock in an orderly fashion. Utilize materials as needed, and replace excess materials at project completion.
Perform a final review of wiring and control panel and request Shop Supervisor`s review.
Communicate all questions and concerns that could affect project outcome to the Shop Supervisor as soon as possible.
Adapt to production schedule changes as instructed to assure customer delivery schedules and expectations are met.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Follow Lean manufacturing utilizing tools such as Kaizans, 5S, RIE’s and other work area standards

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience..
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
UL 508A panel building experience
Basic electrical knowledge.
