Seeking HR Generalist to join our world class Manufacturing Plant:
RELOCATION REQIURED--within 40 miles of our Lebanon Oregon campus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Undertake a wide range of HR responsibilities in support of employees and company. Use Human Resources systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. Act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. Engage in key HR competencies such as payroll, recruitment, benefit and leave administration, investigations, and personnel issues.
Monitor employee morale and company culture; support employee recognition, consultation, communication, and cultural evaluation through ethical practice
Respond to human resources-related inquiries, providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, policy, procedure, and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
Process employee and lead investigations and disciplinary actions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
Conduct regular employee handbook review and updates as needed
Manage BOLI Overtime waiver
Assist Safety Program and Workers Comp / Return to Work processes
Lead employee performance management processes including promotions, employee evaluation and appraisals
Gather, analyze, and report data using HR metrics in support of strategic goals
Engage in other HR competencies (payroll, benefits, leave management, recruitment/onboarding, relationship management)
Support workers compensation payroll reporting and audit processes
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Prepares 401(k) census reports in coordination with payroll
Assist with Health Insurance Open Enrollment and insurance renewals
Assist with recruiting efforts
Conducts exit interviews
Leadership and coaching support
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Utilize Continuous Improvement tools such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, RIE’s and other work area standards
Represent ENTEK with the highest standard of professional conduct when interacting with employees and community.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelors degree and at least five (5) years of human resources experience, or a similar combination of education and experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
Understanding of state and federal employment regulations
Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance
Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
Must be proficient in Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills essential
Positive and helpful in support of company and employees
Off-hour availability in support of a 24/7 operation
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Axapta, Paylocity, and Empower is a plus
SHRM, PHR or SPHR certification
