Seeking a skilled Maintenance Utility team member to join our World Class Manufacturing Plant

Our operations runs 24/7 our shifts include Nights and Weekends.

This position is a 90-day probationary, after the interim the benefits would include:

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Utility position is responsible for the transfer and supplying of silica and polymer from the railroad to the appropriate system in production. This position will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the bulk rooms and mix stands 1 & 2.

• Receive and switch out Rail Cars, check car tagging product reliability.

• If receiving raw materials (rail cars of Silica or Polymer) late in the shift, insure communication to Maintenance /Ancillary personnel for oncoming shift.

• Verify that the system is full prior to shift change, checking and documenting silo levels.

• Responsible for moving, tagging, and transferring of silica and polymer to the bulk system once the rail car has entered the facility.

• Monitoring and stocking of silos, day bins, load outs in the bulk system.

• Monitor well flow -weekly checklist, reviewed frequently

• Change out material from the north and south bag houses

• Accurately completes all required logs and reports

• Clean up Bulk System (Silica/Polymer transfer) areas and mixer areas

• Clean and maintain vacuum cleaners

• Comply with Safety policies and procedures

• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

• Responsible for knowing, understanding and following quality system documentation including, but not limited to, Quality System Procedures (QSP's), Work Instructions (WI's), Training Manuals, and Quality Bulletins.

• Follow Lean manufacturing utilizing tools such as Kaizans, 5S, RIE’s and other work area standards

• Must be able to work outdoors

• Production Experience preferred

• Climbing ladders
