WorkSource Oregon Wraparound Coordinator (HS Spec I/QMHA) - Job #FY18-057 in McMinnville, Oregon

This is a regular full-time position to provide facilitation of services for at-risk youth, families, and community partners by participating in meetings and case management in family homes and within the community. Primary duties involve working with youth who are involved in the criminal justice system, those who have drug/alcohol issues, or who are at-risk for multiple agency involvement. The position requires excellent skills in organization, paperwork management, data tracking, and case coordination. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills ' both verbally and in writing, typing and computer proficiency, and will be dependable, organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work in a team environment and to interact with co-workers, clients, and the public in a courteous, professional manner. A Bachelor's degree in a social services field and at least 1 year of experience are required in addition to the ability to obtain certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA). An appropriate combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree. Fluency in Spanish is preferred. Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
