Position Overview

Area of Responsibility

  • Manage the launch of new product, services or businesses to drive incremental revenue for Lithia Motors, Inc.

  • Create work breakdown structures to manage and monitor progress of projects

  • Create and maintain risk registers and issues lists

  • Coordinate, host and document project meetings with an agreed upon cadence

  • Develop and understand change management for each project which includes documentation of business process and policy change

  • Actively engage with dealership personnel to understand their concerns and issues related to the projects assigned

  • Create and update financial models for projects assigned

  • Perform critical path analysis

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Successful track record in similar role

Lithia Hiring Requirements
